Parking
Card Access Underground Heated Parking is available for $55 per month. Free surface level parking is also available for tenants at no charge (space is limited)
Pets
Pets are permitted! There are just a few guidelines
- All pets must weigh less than 75 pounds
- All pets must be pre-approved
- There is a $45 per month pet fee
Smoking Policy
Motor Wheel Lofts is a Smoke Free property. Designated smoking stations are provided throughout the courtyard and exterior of the building.
Leasing
Motor Wheel Lofts is now accepting applications for immediate occupancy as well as for Summer 2008. Please take a look over the sample lease agreement. Then fill out online lease application. We will schedule a tour of the facility to help you choose which loft is right for you.
