H Inc announces the Motor Wheel Lofts. These Lofts are opening in the summer of 2006 and are in the old Motor Wheel factory building. The Lofts are extremely close to downtown.

Harry Hepler hails from Lansing, with proven successes in the banking and restaurant industries (the critically-acclaimed popular Blue Coyote – Michigan's first brewpub). Since 1989, his focus has turned to the development of urban spaces. Now with several well-designed office and loft spaces to his credit, he continues to enjoy the challenges and community benefits of urban rehab development.
Caralee Swanberg originally hails from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and after spending time gaining career experience on the East Coast has returned to the Mid-West to make Lansing and H Inc. her home. Caralee handles the administrative duties for H Inc. as well as being the leasing agent and property manager for Angevine Inc. and the property manager for H Inc’s commercial spaces. Caralee is also heavily involved in the day to day operations of Motor Wheel Lofts.
